Great Wine Based Cocktails to Try This Summer

Everyone loves a refreshing summer cocktail. There’s nothing better than lounging in the sunshine with a chilled glass at your side.

According to The Telegraph (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/science/2017/06/21/uk-weather-barristers-remove-wigs-gowns-britain-sizzles-hottest), the country recently experienced its hottest day for 40 years – so it’s a good excuse to get the cocktail shaker out of the cupboard!

1½oz pinot noir

1½oz lime juice

Apple and Pink Julep

A fantastic fresh and fruity cocktail, this will have you asking for a fill-up.
