How to reward your team
Rewarding your staff and teams for jobs well done, or for bringing in new clients is a great way to show them that you appreciate the hard work that they put in for your company. The ways in which you choose to reward them will depend on a number of factors such as the type of work you do, whether they are working in a sales role and the budget that you have available. Here are some suggestions to have a look through.
Bonuses – this is one of the most common ways that business rewards their staff. These monetary rewards can be given in a number of different ways. They can be based on the performance of individual staff members and be as a result of good customer service, high sales figures or any other metrics that you want to monitor. You can also base them on team targets. This can help teams to work together to achieve a common goal.
Team Gifts – if you don’t want to reward your teams with a monetary bonus you could work with a company such as Miller and Co and offer gifts. These are the perfect way to thank your staff at the end of the year, for their birthdays or at the end of a particularly difficult project. You can have the same gift given to each of your staff members, or you can have them tailored to the things that you know they individually like.
