For some, these are the perfect excuses for not attending a class. you will go tomorrow but it’s not true either. Do not forget that a lack of training results in another absence, and so on, until you end up leaving.

No excuses

If you are not very fond of exercise you are more likely to look for any other activity to do before you meet your routine. There are days when you really cost too much to wear the clothes gymnastics, be brave and face what you touch in luck.

Today we live here and there and it is common to feel tired, without energy or strength. We only think about lying on the couch or sleeping 20 hours straight.

It is true that missing a day at the gym is not a problem. What is hurting us is to continue to this stance of missing every moment.

And then we complain if the clothes do not fit as we want or if we have an increasingly bulging belly!

Make exercise tired. And it takes time. And it requires effort. And he takes us out of the sofa or out of bed. But it is also the moment you have for yourself and for your body. In the medium term, it gives us more than interesting results and that make each of the sweat drops spilled are worth.

The body needs to rest between each routine. Sleep hours are vital to being able to recover from exercise. But that does not become the main excuse to miss your training.

When really, you can not exercise?

Going to the gym only when all conditions are optimal is impossible. Because nothing will ever be 100% perfect. We will always be tired, wanting to sleep or doing any other activity.

However, at times it is not advisable to exercise.

For example, when you have a cold (although there are studies that indicate that sport helps release the nostrils and increase defenses), when we have a fever or if you ‘re really tired.

If the cause of the absence is reasonable there is no problem staying at home. It is preferable to train poorly or risk increasing what is hurting us.

It is also not good for you to exercise if you are very sore (especially in the back), if you have a swollen joint or if your head hurts a lot.

In those days when your level of energy is not full, job stress is bad or maybe you’ve slept a little less than forever … Just do exercise! It is a perfect escape to release tension.

You probably get tired more than usual, lift less weight or do fewer reps of each exercise.

Instead of doing 1 hour of training you can do 30 minutes? But do not stay without doing anything because it is worse. The body will claim it when it has an opportunity.

It is good to know that going to the gym even when you do not have more strength helps you to be more active. Clear because activity brings more activity (and that also happens with inactivity).

You’re forcing your body to get up and move. That stimulus will increase your self-esteem, your vitality, and your energies.

You will feel really refreshed, you will be able to disconnect from the problems and stop thinking about what you are worried about.

What exercise you can do when I’m out of energy?

If everything we said earlier did not motivate you to do sports instead of staying home, then you can opt for Plan B. It’s not sitting down to watch TV or crossing arms while you watch the sunset from the window.

The idea is to do at least a little movement for that day not remain labeled as lost in sporting terms.

One of the best activities you can do when you lack energy is to go for a walk. It does not have to be very far. You can go around the block with your dog or even go shopping instead of using the car.

If you live in a building you can go up the stairs and not in an elevator (the same if you work in an office).

You can also take advantage and blast your favorite music (no romantic ballads, of course) and dance for a while. And what about playing with your children or cleaning the house more vigorously?

Another idea is to go for a walk in bicycle through a park or go to the mall to see what’s new in stores.

If you want to stay at home you can do some squats or lunges while watching TV or any exercise that requires sleep on a mat (eg abs).

All this will make you move the skeleton and do not feel worse for missing the gym class.

It’s not the same as training, of course, but at least it’s something that has helped motivate you. And, who knows, maybe that’s what you needed to get dressed up and go to the gym.
