However, the risk of overheating is always present. So, what can you do to prevent it from happening?
1. Practice early in the day
Temperatures and humidity levels are generally lower in the morning, so you are more likely to enjoy your run at this time of day.
- Waiting until late in the day means running when it gets warmer outside, and this exposes you to a greater risk of sunstroke.
